Then it is time for a new month and here you have a roundup for the last month. Even though it is still not terrific stats the blog is just two months old so hopefully it will continue to grow. Thank you all for visiting me.
Statistics For My Second Month
If we start with the comments this have been a terrific month with 500 new comments while I published 19 new posts. If we compare with the 180 comments from July this is a raise with 280%.
Last month I had 531 unique visitors and this month I had 1797 unique visitors, a raise with about 340%. This is still far from good, but I am pleased with the raise this month.
As you can see in the image above I lost a few visitors when I was on hospital at the end of last week, but it seems to going up again.

What to Come
At the moment I have 62 drafts saved on my computer so it is a bit difficult to choose which topics I should publish. The last few weeks I have made a lot of posts about niche sites so this week I am thinking about publishing posts on how to make money with Twitter. What do you want to know more about?

Wow, great improvement. Those are some high turn over rates. If you look at the numbers of comments from last month, then comments from this month, quite an improvement.

Thank you Jason. To be honest I have never had so high volume of comments before on this small amount of visitors, but I’m just glad to have found guys like you.
As long as you write abut controversial issues people will comment. Well, maybe not controversial, but just interesting issues, and people will more than likely comment more often than the usually do.
I agree with you Jason. One of my most popular posts was a greyhat method on how to get more pageviews. Just wish I could come up with more of these.
I remember, I think I posted a few comments on that post because I disagreed with a few other commenters.
Those are great improvements for only 2 months Stefan. How the heck did you write 64 drafts?
None of them are ready to be published, it’s just a few lines of what the post should be about. Great method to always have ideas on what you should write about.

Care to share how you find out how many comments you’ve had in a given month and if that number includes your own comments?
Since I started my blog just 2 months ago and I have been publishing a monthly roundup each month I check the number of comments every month. Unfortunately I do not know how many comments I have made, so the stats above includes me as well.

I think an increase of 340% of unique visitors is high. You said not exceptional but considering you probably were not featured in digg or similar seems high to me.
Last month I only had about 500 visitors so it was an easy task to get a high increase. This month will be from it, even though I’m counting on getting a few hundred more than this month. 15 percent of my visitors comes directly to my site and 13 percent uses Google. Beneath these two there are several sites with 3 percent. I actually had 265 different sites sending me traffic this (august) month.
